Optional Fees

• Non-hunting guest - Any guest accompanying hunters are welcomed at an additional fee of $150/day.
• Additional days may be available at additional cost.

• All hunters are required to a sign liability release form.
• Hunts will consist of a morning and afternoon hunt from noon Thursday through noon Sunday.
• All scoring is based on Boone & Crockett (B&C) gross "green" score as determined by Ranch Manager.
• A wounded deer is considered a harvested buck. Price will be determined by the Ranch Manager's estimated score of the wounded deer.
• Hunter will be responsible for any costs for tracking dogs that are required to attempt to recover a wounded deer.  Ranch Manager will determine when appropriate.  
• If you choose to harvest a buck that has broken tines, it will be scored based on the measurements for the corresponding antler or tines from the other side which will be substituted when scoring the buck, or per prior photo.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed during hunting period.
• All prices are subject to change at any time prior to the harvest, as agreed to by all parties. 

• $2,500 per hunter non-refundable deposit due within 2 weeks of booking confirmation (credited against any Trophy Fee due)
